error on starting IE

When I start IE, I got errors and cannot start IE. While I
click on details, I found the following information:

Error signature
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: winshow.dll

ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00001dd3
