error on start up

Hello
I am new to this newsgroup. I keep getting an error message on startup
stating The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the
Dynamic Link Library MSDART.DLL.

Also I get another error when trying to get into my Clipart Library in
Microsoft Works program stating Springfield_ADV_DAEMON
WKSCal.exe-Entry Point not found.

Can someone offer some advice on how to repair these errors.

I got a similar message when my new PDA software tried to
update Microsoft Outlook, something in relation to
Outlook Express, which is my email software.
I have just posted a mail about some other problems I am
having, I think they are all related to this error
message GetIUMS could not be located in the Dynamic Link
Library MSDART.DLL. Any help?
 
This is either outlook or outlook express error. OPen
+office on left margin, then open +outlook for outlook or
outlook express link and post this there>-----Original
