Error on start up Config 32

[Guest]

I get this error on start up. Config32 file missing or corrupt.
I hit the f8 key again and use last knowed config that worked to log on.
I tried to use the links for this error and always get file not found.

Can I reinstall windows from the windows screen?
and will I loose my info or programs?
