Can anyone tell me why I might not be able to reaf the answers to questions
posted? I can read the questions but can't get to the replys. At the bottom
of my screen on the lower left side where you would normally see 'done' I get
the little triangle and the message error on page and I can't move on to the
replys sent to the questions. I've rebooted several times but this hasn't
helped. I sure hope I'll be able to read any reply I get to my request for
help. Please also send reply to my email address just in case I can't.
Thanks for your help in advance.

You are having difficulties in posting/reading because you are using the
web interface, which is awful. It is extremely easy to set up a
newsreader instead. Here's information to help you:

Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is
really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are
some links to information about newsgroups:

I've never had any problem before today. It seems to be the older questions
that I'm presented with after doing a search in a particular newsgroup. I'm
trying to find out how I can tell what CD burning software I might have on my
system or what software I should get. I have Nero but ever since I installed
my DVD buring software and my video transfer software my Nero doesn't allow
me to copy my photos but only videos. Where should I go to get help with that
problem?
Thanks for your reply.

As Malke said the best option is to use a newsreader and ditch the web
interface.

You can tell what you have installed on your computer by 1) looking at
the Start>All Programs menu; or 2) looking in C:\Program Files
(assuming C:\ is your Windows drive).

The new video software has probably stolen the associations for photos
or perhaps it broke Nero. There's no way for me to tell. Contact tech
support for the new video software and/or Nero tech support.

This is not a Windows issue but probably is a conflict between the two
programs.
