~~~~~~Error on new user~~~~~~

I set up a new user on my computer using another existing user.
Then I switch to the new user.
But I find that the softwares do not function at all.
Also, i cannot change the wallpaper, screensaver and all other settings.
One of the softwares tells that the problem is caused by an error in
registry.
When I am using the existing account, there are no problems at all.
I believe that it is the problem in registry~
So, I tried to export the registry settings of my existing account and then
import it on the new account.
But the computer said that i could not import it as some of the settings
were being used.
I now have no idea how to deal with it~
So, can anyone help me~>_<"
