error on loading software

When I try to load new software I keep getting error saying
"c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for
running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. choices are to Close or
Ignore. It will not let me ignore. What do I need to do to stop from doing
this so I can load this software? HELP!!

Kristie,

Copy autoexec.NT from C:\Windows\Repair folder to C:\Windows\System32 (as per MVP Alex Nichol's advice). Also, clean the trojan which is deleting this file from the system.
