error on downloading fr MP3

I have some chinese MP3 songs recorded on cd from my
friend. However I cannot open them at all, even with a
chinese software opened to read chinese characters. They
came up blank file & cannot be located by my computer.
Hence cannot be opened.

ANother issue is to try download from hk.yahoo.com/music a
chinese song, error message shown C00D10B0. Media player
cannot download the file type. I dont know what setting is
wrong in my computer.
