Error of Urlon.dll on IE Xplorer

I am using Windows XP Sp1 and went to the website of
www.msnbc.com. I clicked on a news article and then
clicked on a video of it. The msnbc video player came up
and then I recieved an error message that closed the
video player and crashed IE Explorer.

The error message is "Faulting application iexplore.exe,
version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module urlmon.dll,
version 6.0.2800.1400, fault address 0x00006b8d." Does
anyone have any ideas on what to do to fix this issue of
urlmon.dll error. I can not watch any video on msnbc at
all without getting this error. Below is the complete

I made a mistake on the files name, it is urlmon.dll. I
am looking for advice and assitance how to fix this
