Error occurred accessing FrontPage web files.

Recently I have encountered a problem when I try and
publish from frontpage 2000 to my local computer (running
windows 2000)or up to the web.

I get an error that says "Error occurred accessing
FrontPage web files. Authors - if authoring against a web
server, please contact the webmaster for this server's
site. WebMasters - please see the server's system log for
more details.

Has anyone encounted this problem and if so, how can this
be rectified. Any help or direction to solving this
problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the same error message. Would appreciate
someone giving me a hint as to what/where the event viewer
is.
Needless to say, I only author the website and the server
is managed by more competent individuals. They seem to
think the problem is on my PC.
