error nos on pci simple communications contoller

device unknown although works no conflicts error 26 no
driver installed. recently updated to windows 2000 cannot
find driver for unknown device. running conexant internal
modem no conflicts works fine but when query cannot
contact its self. can anyone please help with what the
unknown device is and a possible driver for device.

if this is a laptop,or main stream manu. eg Dell/Compaq etc, go to manu site
and download win2k drivers, if available, for your hardware.
