ERROR NETBT EVENT ID 4311

After upload of modernization from windows update I have always this error.
The net has become slow and not stable. I have tried to resolve the problem
installing dirctx90b, still installing the card of net and the protocols,
but the error still exists: help!?

Event ID 4119 or 4311 after uninstalling RAS.
If you uninstall RAS, your System Event Log may contain the following (when
you restart):

Event ID : 4119
Source : TCP/IP
Description: IP could not open registry key for NdiswanX. or
Event ID : 4311
Source : NetBT
Description: Initialization failed because the driver device could not be
created.To fix the problem, use Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBt\Adapters

Double-click the Adapters key and delete all sub-keys that starts with
NdisWan.

Shutdown and restart your computer.
