Error - missing the javalq.dll file

When booting the laptop, the destop will come up and I get an error message which states: File missing - C:\WINNT\javalq.dll
Is this an XP file and how can I get a new file.

Hi

It's not a Windows file and so far as I can make out it's not a Java file
either. Have you virus-checked your system with the latest definitions for
your AV program and also checked for any spyware that may be on your system:

I ran McAfee with the most updated virus files and I ran Spyware as well. Everything looks clean. Now that you mentioned that, this may be a file that was quarintined by McAfee. I deleted all of the quarintined files yesterday.

Hi

The error message must be generated from somewhere. Have a look
msconfig>startup to see if it is referenced there. If so uncheck it and
reboot your system to see if you still get the error message.
