error - minidump

Hello,

With any luck some of you wizards can help me. I have this
happening to me.

You Receive a "System Has Recovered from a Serious Error"
Message After Every Restart

Anyway, I have made several attempts to repair this. When
it first started, I tried to download the aforementioned
service pack, but I had already had the latest version.
Wouldn't let me install. Being the fool I am, I tried a
complete recovery of windows (i.e. earlier version) then
downloaded the "repairing" service pack to no avail. I
then completely upgraded windows (with all service packs
and updates) and still no help. Unfortunately, the
owrkaround doesn't seem to work either. In msconfig I
noticed it adds "dumprep 0-k %systemroot%\syste..." in the
startup file. I know that needs to be gone. I cant seem to
run any intensive application (i.e. games, downloads,
etc.) without a restart (default settings - restart with
system failure). I can provide any information necessary.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Get rid of dumprep 0-k:
Right click My Computer/Properties/Advanced tab/Startup and
Recovery-Settings button/System Failure/UNCheck everything/Write debugging
information/(none)/OK/Apply/OK

Thanks for your advice, though it didnt resolve my

complete issue, it seems to have taken another direction.
Without the default restart it showed me an error message.
I wrote it down to further help you; help me...

Anyway heres what it said.

about the only thing I recognized is IRQ, I didnt know
what to check, but check for conflicts in all my devices
and found none...

I found reference to this error in MS database, gunna see

if I can figure this out.
