Error, "Microsoft Outlook does not recognize distribution list"

I have a user that, when he creates a distribution list
using names from the GAL, Outlook says "Microsoft Outlook
does not recognize distribution list".

I can use the same PC with the same names from the
GAL and with admin rights and it works ok. Also, another
user can use the same PC with the same names with user
rights and it works ok.

O/S is W2K. Outlook 2003.

I've searched the internet for days with no
results. Can anyone help?
