Error: Microsoft Outlook can't provide form scripting support.

Brian

I am currently getting this error when trying to open a form that we
are using for SPAM filtering. This is on a Windows 2003 Server with
Terminal Server installed and Metaframe XPE FR2 installed on it. I
have read a couple of posts on this error and have not come up on a
solution to fix this problem. What do I need to install as an admin to
get this message to go away on when users log in through a citrix
session. One post says that I could be missing a dll but which one?
And how do I get Outlook to host the VBScript ActiveX scripting engine
from another post that I read. I really need to get this working so
any help would be greatly appreciated.

For Outlook 2002, the missing .dll was Outlvbs.dll . I haven't tried it on
OL2003.

Hi Sue,

Thank you very much for where to put the file. I have tried
doing this but I am still getting the same error. Do I need to
register this file?

Yes, I would definitely try that.
