We keep getting an error message:
The instruction at "0x023a3935" referenced memory at "0x023a3935." The
memory could not be read
Click OK to terminate the program
Click OK to terminate the program

This has been coming up for about 2-3 weeks now, and shuts us down off of
the internet temporaily. Is there something I need to do?

I'm also getting A Win Fix program that gets deleted by my Nortons, but
keeps coming back. The Nortons page said to delete several items in the
Registry, but I cannot find the keys there to delete.

If you can't find it, it's already deleted (or never written to the
registry).

Does that mean unintalling and reinstalling Windows?

In such cases clean installation helps.
