Error Messages

I'm getting the following error report when I try to send a message in
Outlook XP this morning. Is there a problem with the server?

Task 'Kristy SBC Yahoo! - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Are you properly authenticating to the outgoing server?

I'm getting the same error. I even spent time on the phone with my ISP until
I realized that Outlook was trying to my pop server to send the email. It
wasn't using smpt.biz.rr.com. Is there a known software flaw? I'm using XP
Pro SP2, with Outlook 2003. Thanks.
