Error Messages

I am getting error messages every time I boot up my machine. It's always
Explorer. I have tried re-installing it, having it repair itself, you
name it. And nothing has helped.

The last two times it happened today, I got these errors:

If anyone can tell me what's going on, I'd REALLY appreciate it as I am
at the end of my rope. I am also having problems with Explorer freezing
the system. I have to do a CTRL-ALT-DEL to End Task and once it closes
Explorer, my machine is usable again.
