Error Messages

I have fought this crazy computer long enough... I need
some help to figure out what the heck is going on here. I
am getting two error messages when I go into Windows XP:
1) RUNDLL: Error loading C:\\windows\image.dll. I get
this twice each time!
2) The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Can anyone suggest a solution?

These will take care of the first and maybe the second one, if not run the
