Error messages for Windows XP/Dell Diminision 2350

I have error messages at start-up. They are (C:WINDOWS\
dllreg.exe) and (C:WINDOWS\System32\vxdmgr32.exe) I have
recently installed non-MacAfee virus and firewall software

The filenames refer to malware. Remove the entries from your startup
settings as it seems like if McAffee already cleaned your system, but
did not remove the corresponding startup items.
