Error---HELP

At start up I have a message box title "RUNDLL" with the
following message.
Error loading C:WINDOWS\System32\msiefr40.dll
The specified module could not be found.

How do I find this module and how do I reinstall it?

Google gets about 166 hits for "msiefr40". The first one says, in part,
"This file is a 'parasite'." Another says, "Seems you may have been
hijaclked", and points to this site, which discusses this and other such
