ERROR MESSAGE

[DSR]

Internet Explorer came with my computer, but I use AOL as
my browser. I've been getting error messages re Internet
Explorer and when I recently defragged, there's one file
that is fragmented and won't be fixed. Help. This is the
first time I've done this so I hope I can find someone's
answer.




PS: The error message refers to the following files:

............... .Temp.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp
............... .Temp.dir00\appcompat.txt

Does anyone know what this means

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
