error message

Cant get on the internet. HAve 3 machines hooked up to
wireless roluter. the other two machines are fine. MY HP
is machine with problem.
messages are as follows
Ccapp has caused an error in CCEMPXY.DLL. Ccapp will now
close
Other message is CcAPP has caused an error in
Kernel32.DLL.CcApp will now close.
Have checked with Cable company and with router company.
all connections and info on computer seem to be OK. but
still no internet

ccApp.exe is part of Norton AntiVirus 2003. Auto-protect and E-mail check
will not function without this. Check it out it may be corrupt.

Is CCEMPXY.DLL also in the Norton folder?
