error message?

Everytime I bring up internet explorer or anything that
needs internet explorer (control panel, or C-Drive), an
error message pops up and says " " is not a valid date".
What do I do to correct this? I have tried changing the
date on my computer and setting it with the internet, but
that didn't work either. Could I please get some input
on this?
