Error Message

Every time I start my computer the following message
appears:

"WJVIEW ERROR
ERROR; COULD NOT EXECUTE MAIN: THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND
THE FILE SPECIFIED."

I would like to fix this, but do not know the steps to
achieve this.

Can anyone assist me, please?
