error message

I got an error message
thread_stuck_in_device_driver, than the system went down
and came back again. it happened already 4-5 time in the
last hour

try updating the driver. it may be specified in the blue screen message; it
is usually a file with a .sys extension. if not, then try updating all the
drivers on your machine, starting with the motherboard chipset and video
card drivers as they are usually the culprits in these situations. if you
update both the chipset and video card drivers and the problem persists,
then continue updating all other drivers such as sound, lan, raid, etc. if
the problem still persists, then try updating the motherboard bios, optical
drives firmware and hdd firmware.
