Error message

When I login to my computer or shutdown and restart, I
get the follwong message:
"The Installshield Engine (kernel.exe) could not be
installed. The system cannot find the file specified."

How do I correct this problem?

You have something that is trying to complete an installation on startup
and the necessary file is missing. Go to Start>Run and type (without
quotes) "msconfig" [Enter]. Look on the Startup tab to find the culprit
and uncheck the box next to its name. You don't need to restart
immediately, but when you do you'll get a dialog box saying you've used
the System Configuration Utility. Check the box that says, "don't
bother me about this again".

Make sure your computer is 100% spyware and virus-free.
