Error Message

I'm running Vista Home Premium and I keep getting the following message:
Unhandled exception has occured... etc "The Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 provider
is not registered on the local machine.. The dialog box title bar is
labeled: Microsoft .NET Framework

I would love to be able to solve this issue...
When I take a look in the list of installed software, I see only NET Frame
work 1.1 and Net Frame work 1.1 hotfix and Net frame 3.5 SP1

The entry for Net Frame 3.5 is only 32 meg in size... seems that I may have
some components missing? there is no indication of Netframe 2 installed...
Does 3.5 add on to version 2 or 3?

That is a issue coming from Microsoft Office and mainly from Access
