I have been trying to set up outlook express to receive and send my e-mail.
Error message 1203 and 8000cccf7 keeps coming up. What can i do?
 
You should post to a newsgroup that specializes in Outlook Express. It's
part of Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office which this group supports.
You'll get a more expert answer if you post to a newsgroup that specializes
in Outlook Express.

When you post to the newsgroup, please include your version of Outlook
Express.

Ask your mail service provider. They're the ones who can give you the
instructions you need.
