Error in web method

need help
 
Thats quite a brief discription to the problem(s)...
Either way,if youre trying to access the web,open youre internet connections
icon in the control-panel,properties,you'd be missing a code or specific set
of values in a connection property box.
Also,you might download xp network monitor from microsoft.
