error message

I repeatly keep getting the below error message and I have to shut down to
get rid of it. It usually happens when I try to open a file/attachment. I
use AOL.

System specs? (Vista 32bit vs. 64, SP1?, version of AOL, etc.)

Is it always the same type of attachment? (.PDF vs. .Doc, etc.)
