Are you using DefenderHosting? Does your setup agree with their setup
instructions? For example, Did they tell you to set the outgoing server to
an <ip address> or to a <server name>? This may make a difference since the
name may be kept updated to the right ip address, where if they change their
ip address, your outgoing message may not be resolved.
Can you double check all your server setup values. If this does not help,
shut down your email protection until you get this resolved.

Does your connection to this server cross over from one internet provider's
equipment to another's before it reaches the server? If so, such
connections
to port 25 are often blocked to cause problems for spammers. In this case
you should check with the company running that server to see it it listens
for
outgoing mail on any other port, and if so, the details of switching to the
other port. Just trying all the ports is a very slow way to find out, since
there are about 65,000 ports available.

Also, unless your DNS server is having problems, it is usually a good
idea to refer to the server by its name, instead of the 4 numbers, in
case its function gets moved to a new machine.
