error message

I have Windows XP. I keep getting an error message every
few seconds that says:
c:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll
I have tried to find the file to delete it have even
checked DOS files, but it apparently doesn't exist. I even
tried uninstalling the most recent program installed back
in Oct. That did not help.I also completed a virus scan,
but it can't the file. So how do I get rid of the error
message? Thanks for any help you can give me.

That file may be SpyWare related and the file was probably removed from your system, although the application is still there and looking for it
