Error message

I'm running Windows Mail and keep getting this message - don't know what it
means. What can I do to fix the problem?

An unknown response was received in response to a request for information
from the news server news.netspace.net.au

400 unknown error: writing creating overview file --throttling

What exactly are you doing when that error pops up? Are you
clicking on a newsgroup, or attempting to post a message to a
newsgroup?
