Whenever I get an email with a link and I click on the link, I get
"Application not Found". I have to fwd to an alternate email address for
access to the link.

Also, when I close Windows Mail, I get a message that I am not the
Administrator and that I must sign in as the Administrator. I am the only
one using this computer and I am the administrator.

Any suggestions?

I really have no idea where that is coming from unless there is a piece of
malware trying to open and Vista's improved security won't let it.

This happens when I close Windows Mail and sometimes when I try to go to
websites:

Can anyone assist me in correcting the error message:

Header of Message: "Powered by SupportSoft"

"You are not currently logged into your computer as an administrator. This
installer requires the user to be logged in as an Administrator. Please log
out and then log back in as an Administrator, and then restart the installer."

Gary,
I have no idea how it this got onto my computer. I called SupportSoft and
they said that there are many companies that use their product and I would
have to contact them. MS has no idea either.

Sounds like a rogue installer. Any idea how this SupportSoft thing
got unto your computer?
You may want to email their support or give them a call:
http://www.supportsoft.com

Analyzing this problem would require a lot of intensive digging
into the nooks and crannies of your computer, not something that
can be done in this medium. If you can't afford to pay a local tech
to look at it, you may have to reinstall Vista.
