Error message

I have XP home edition.
2 hard drives and a camera card reader plus a CD writer.

Sometimes(not always)when booting, I get the error message
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
the drive\Device|Harddisk2\DR4"

I click on cancel several times and the message
disappears.
Can anyone suggest a cure please?
