I need help resolving the following error message:

This is a server error. Threegservices.com is not an ISP but a vanity
domain. In my experience, SMTP services for hosted domains are
rather spotty. To fix this, in your account settings you should substitute
your ISP's SMTP server for smtp.threegservices.com.
Your correspondents will never know the difference.

The help I received from Earthlink had me look into my program files for
"fixmail.exe" but there was no "fixmail" in the files. Is there another way
to delete this email from my outbox, which, by being there is blocking
outgoing mail?
