When I try to open Excel I receive a message "Class not
registered. Looking for object with CLSID:{AC9F2F90-E877-
11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F3." Should I do something about it
or how do I get rid of it?

try an Excel group - microsoft.public.excel.newusers might be a good
one.....
