error message

hi gang, when i start up my puter (after typing in my
password and before the desktop appears) i get an error
message saying "RBA has encountered a problem". is this
serious and what is RBA?. thanks cj

i am having almost the same problem but with svchost.exe.
I can't get any answers on this yet.have you had any luck?
