rba error

every time i start my computer, i get a rba error

Is it

"RBA has encountered a problem and had to shut down. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. Please tell Microsoft about this problem."?

If so, clicking "Send Report" then clicking "More Info" may show the problem
is with "Compaq Message Server" or COMPAQ-RBA.EXE.

The "RBA" labeled crash can fool HP/Compaq support. (Hey, we got any apps
named RBA.EXE?) And few users navigate the Event Log nor have the network up
when this Startup app crashes for the full Windows error report. Presario?

and type

into the search box.
