Only when my daughter logs on do I get this message:

An exception occured while trying to run "C:\WINNT\System
32\btiein.dll, Download"

What do I do to fix this?

This is coming from some spyware. Remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure you update both programs first, and then
it is best to scan in Safe Mode.
