Error message?

My Virus scan programme will not stay on screen more than
30 seconds.It worked for ages then I had to reinstall but
now nothing. cant scan files. System wont allow even
download from Microsoft patch. I get ERROR
MESSAGE>>>windows cannot instal the loader for
keyboard...any help please. Im lost. Thanks

What virus scan program do you use? Do you manually
delete all files that came from the installation? Have
you tried uninstalling it through the ADD/REMOVE programs
dialog? If these don't work you can normally get support
from the people that made the program. Visit their
website, and if your'e not sure who the company is, look
at the logos on the product packaging.
