Error Message

I keep getting an error message that reads:
"The instruction at "Ox62303924" referenced memory at "Ox03583034. The
memory could not be "read".
What does this mean? How do I fix it?

What program were you using when this happened? Did Windows show a "STOP" error code? More details from you would surely help.
