Error message

Can anyone help me? Whenever I try and access "Intenet
Options" from the "Tools" menu, I get the following
error message "the operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your
system administrator." I am logged on as system
administrator on this computer. HELP!

Hi!
What are your rights with your domain account? The
quickest way I can think to overcome this would be to
logon as the local admin, and add your domain account
(domain\user) to the local admins group on that box. then
log back in as your domain account and go from there.

BTW if it is a GPO, it wont matter if you are plugged
into the network or not if the GPO has already been
applied.
