Kevin

All of a sudden when I try an open several programs
(Norton Antivirus being one) I get an error
message "memory access violation in mode kernel 32".
Other programs open fine. How do I resolve?

Thanks

You have a virus
It's name is SWEN
You need to get rid of it, and stop opening bogus email.
Go to McAfee.com and get the STINGER virus fixer.

You are infected with either the Swen or Gibe virus. Go to www.sarc.com
and read the removal instructions carefully. You can get the removal
tool there. Clean up your computer.
