error message

i recently DL sum music, there is something wrong with the file and i need to
delete it, every time i click on the file to delete it an error message comes
up and 'my documents' closes, i need to delete this file, how do i do it?
(ive tried everything that i can think of)

Have you tried in safe mode or from a command prompt. Also there is this.

the message wasnt the same as the one on the link you provided it was a
message that says......something is wrong, documents needs to close......send
error report yes or no.......soz for not explainin it in the first post

So did you try safe mode or from a command prompt?
