Error Message

Hello All!
I have two error message appeared in the System Event Log on my Windows
Server 2003(Small Business--DC), I don't know waht causes the problem,
any one could explain? Thanks a lot!!!!!!!

The document Microsoft Word - Document1 owned by leifan failed to print
on printer NewMickey. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file
in bytes: 0. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the
document: 0. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\JOHN3. Win32
error code returned by the print processor: 259. No more data is
available.

The SAM database was unable to lockout the account of Administrator due
to a resource error, such as a hard disk write failure (the specific
error code is in the error data) . Accounts are locked after a certain
number of bad passwords are provided so please consider resetting the
password of the account mentioned above.

Sorry about that!
I have another question. My home XP pro computer access internet from
ISP's DSL's modem. And it all works well. And today I can not access
internet, I went to My Network Connection, but I lost the connection, I
thought my driver for my Ethernet Adpter might lost, but when I went to
Device Manager, it was still there, but I found my Network Connection
service is set to mannual but not Start Automatic. I tried to start it,
it gave me an error message said I could not start it because Error 127
: the procedure could not be found, any idea how to fix this problem?

In Device Manager, open the NIC properties, set the Power options to not
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
