Error Message

My computer stalls or freezes for 2-5 minutes and then
this message appears: NT On-Access Scanner Service has
encountered a problem & needs to close.
What can I do to fix this?

This is due to the drivers of your virus scanner. you
must have installed the 2000 version of your antivirus
software. See if an updated version is available for
Windows XP on the manufacturer's web site.
