Whenever I turn my computer on I get a message

TopSearch is spyware. Some piece of malware is crashing when you turn on
your computer. Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
(www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware from Lavasoft. Scan with current
antivirus using updated definitions.
