Error message

Hi

Can anyone tell me what this message means:- DivX 6.0 codec status: Driver
is enabled but not funtioning properly.

I have recently installed Roxio Easy Creator 9 but had so many error
messages that I uninstalled it. I am now trying to get rid of all the files
left behind. I have been on the Roxio Support website and have had some help
from the forum. However when I go in to Device manager to check if
everything is working I get the above message about the Video Codec.

My operating system is Windows Xp Home sp 2 built by Evesham Technology
(U.K.) and is 4 years old. I have contacted Evesham but am still waiting for
a reply.

Hope someone can enlighten me.

Thanks.

Might be worth a try to do a system
restore to a time before you installed
Roxio.
